Make Healthcare Affordable
Healthcare should be affordable and accessible without expanding Washington’s control over one of the most personal decisions Americans make. The plan is to increase competition, require upfront pricing, allow Americans greater freedom to shop for care and insurance, expand access to affordable options, and eliminate regulations that unnecessarily drive up costs.
Stop Bailing Out Large Corporations
The federal government should not use taxpayers’ money to rescue politically connected corporations from the consequences of their own decisions. The plan is to end corporate bailouts, require companies to bear the consequences of their financial decisions, and reserve taxpayer assistance for genuine national emergencies—not to protect executives, investors, or politically connected businesses from losses.
Data Centers and Their Economic Impact
Data centers can bring investment and jobs, but communities should not be forced to bear the costs through higher utility rates, increased strain on infrastructure, excessive water or energy consumption, or declining quality of life. The plan is to require data-center developers to pay the infrastructure costs they create, protect existing utility customers from higher rates, require transparent local approval, and ensure communities have a meaningful voice before major projects are approved.
End Endless Wars and Protect National Security
America should have a strong military and a clear national-security strategy, but our troops should not be sent into conflicts without a clearly defined objective, congressional authorization, and a legitimate connection to protecting the American people. The plan is to require Congress to authorize military action as the Constitution demands, establish clear missions and exit strategies, bring troops home when their missions are complete, and maintain a strong military focused on defending America rather than nation-building or endless foreign conflicts.
